This seems to have been for the <a href=\"https:\/\/nld.com.vn\/tieu-dung\/lan-dau-tien-o-chau-a-co-teletext-tieng-viet-95989.htm\">first Vietnamese teletext service<\/a>, Vitek, in 2004. The photo was taken before all the characters were finished.<br><br>The Vietnamese script needs at least 134 additional letters to ASCII, which has lead to solutions like <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/VISCII\">VISCII<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/VSCII\">VSCII<\/a> in the past.
