Four of six plates on a Sami i.e. Laplander Runic Calendar. The calendar is carved in reindeer horn. Eiríkr Magnússon suggests a date between 1230 – 1391 CE for the prototype of this particular calendar.

A little design experiment with mixing a Vegvisir – Aegishjalmur/Ægishjálmur & Ogham together, the Ogham spells out the name of my wife and 3 kids.
Runes are basically viking graffiti and was popular for thousands of year especially in Scandinavia. Nowadays, they are a great way to get in touch with the spirit world, at least according to this teletext page on Swedish TV6.
