Square kufic, meaning:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

الْحَمْدُ للّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ و إِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

اهدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ

صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِمْ غَيرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَيهِمْ وَ لاَ الضَّالِّينَ

It’s the complete Surah 1, al-Fatihah; in the shape of Allah. From the Mir Chaqmaq Mosque in Iran, built in the 1400s.

Church of Saint Quentin. Began in 1195 and completed after 300 years; labyrinth dates from 1495.
